Welcome to The Children’s Courtyard, a Cognia-accredited educational daycare in Southlake TX. My name is Leeann and I am the campus director. We serve Trophy Club, Southlake and the surrounding communities. I've been with the company for many years and have more than 15 years of experience as a director.
Our school provides a variety of care and educational programs for children six weeks through 12 years old. We offer Infant Care, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, Jr. K, Before- and After-School care and summer camp for school-age children. All classrooms have age specific curriculum for all ages based in individual milestones, including Prep Lab for school age students that focuses on language, literacy, and STEM activities to help support and extend learning.
Safety and security is a high priority for us and know it is for you, too. All children and staff receive health checks when entering the building, and we have limited access to the building. Parents are given access to live stream their child's class through WatchMeGrow and communicate with the teachers through brightwheel, our mobile app that keeps you directly connected through pictures, texts, and more.
Together, our teachers have many years of experience working in the early childhood education field. All teachers receive ongoing training throughout the year to remain leaders in the industry. Flexible schedules are available for all ages.
Since we opened in 2002, we have provided a safe, warm and welcoming learning environment for children in the communities. Call us today to schedule a tour or simply stop in to our Children's Courtyard in Southlake, TX!
Starting at the front door, our already robust health and safety procedures have been enhanced to ensure a clean, welcoming school environment. The well-being of your child is our top priority, now, and always.
Elective programs allow students to learn by exploring creative outlets that will help them advance in the future—while giving your family more free time on evenings and weekends. We offer:
Dance, Legos, Soccer, Music, Yoga, Spanish, Phonics, Handwriting & Advanced Math
Education: B.S. in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Human Relations

Education: Bachelor of Fine Arts from UT Arlington
I’ve been working with The Children’s Courtyard since 2003. I’m a big family person and spend much of my time surrounding myself with my family and friends. In my spare moments I love to take photographs, shop at antique fairs, go on road trips, craft and travel!
