Welcome! My name is Quanika and I am Center Director. At The Children’s Courtyard, our mission is to provide safe and stimulating environments, as well as, nurturing care and challenging learning opportunities for all students in our Infant Care, Preschool and School-Age programs.
We closely follow recommendations from state and local authorities, to maintain a clean, safe, healthy environment.
We’re committed to providing simple ways to keep you connected throughout the day while your child is in our care. With live streaming video, you can view your child’s classroom from any device or computer. Plus, get real-time updates with our family communication app.
We offer flexible schedules to support the needs of working parents, as well as, offer discounts through corporate partnerships located in the area.
Call us today and schedule a tour. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
Are you concerned about the impact of COVID on your child’s education? You’re not alone. Now, more than ever, early education matters. We’re here to help.
Starting at the front door, our already robust health and safety procedures have been enhanced to ensure a clean, welcoming school environment. The well-being of your child is our top priority, now, and always.
Elective programs allow students to learn by exploring creative outlets that will help them advance in the future—while giving your family more free time on evenings and weekends. We offer:
Dance, Karate, Soccer, Music, Yoga, Spanish, Phonics, Handwriting & Advanced Math
In this classroom, your child will make discoveries and think independently, as we prepare them for the future. The authentic Montessori curriculum enables children to learn in their own way, at their own pace, through the practical application of sensory-based and self-directed activities. Our certified Montessori teacher spends significant time with each child, helping them discover unique talents and interests. Plus, a full complement of Montessori equipment offers tangible, hands-on learning opportunities to develop children’s skills and senses.
This mixed-aged classroom (for 3- to 6-year-olds) also helps children to develop social skills and challenges them to learn to work together—while being mindful of the best interests of others.
Ask your school director for additional details.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education Administration
I am a great nurturer, which is why I find such peace in the field of early childhood education. I’ve been an educator for seven years and it brings me great joy to support the growth of children and their families. My husband, two daughters, and I became Texas residents in 2017. When I’m not supporting my excellent staff and loving students, I enjoy time spent with my family! They are my world!
