Certifications: NICCM National Director Credential and Florida Director Credential, First Aid and CPR Certified
My husband and I love spending time with our three children and traveling. I have over 16 years of experience in management, training and developing others. I started as a VPK teacher, became curriculum specialist and now became center director. I am passionate about providing children with a loving and safe environment, enriched with learning experiences that enhance all areas of their development. I look forward to being part of your family's journey!

Erika Garcia, Preschool Manager
Certifications: Director Credential, CDA, First Aid & CPR, RBT Certified
I was born in Venezuela and have been in Tampa FL for 22 years. My work is my passion. I was a lead preschool teacher for four years and a VPK teacher for five years. I also became a curriculum specialist after I received my CDA and Director Credential. I love to cook, paint, travel, and spend time with my family.

Education: BA in Early Childhood Education
Certifications: Director's Credential, Pediatric CPR and First Aid
Ms. Jayne is our Team Lead with 35 years of experience in the Early Childhood field. Ms. Jayne believes that early childhood experiences are the foundation of a child’s success in life and is committed to providing the children in her care, an environment that is loving, nurturing and most of all supports each child’s unique qualities. Ms. Jayne is very happy to be a part of the Children’s Courtyard team.
