Welcome to Our School

Welcome to The Children's Courtyard educational daycare in South Arlington, TX. My name is Amy Miller and I am the campus director. I have worked for The Children's Courtyard for over 18 years. I graduated from Texas Tech University with a BS in Nutrition and Texas Woman's University (Houston Campus) with a MS in Nutrition.

Our center provides Infant Care, Preschool programs and Private Kindergarten, as well as a School-Age program that serves Arlington ISD, Kennedale ISD, and local charter and private schools. We have a tenured staff, many of whom have dedicated 20 years of their career to early childhood education. In addition to our child development training, each staff member is certified in First Aid and CPR.

We closely follow recommendations from state and local authorities, to maintain a clean, safe, healthy environment. We also strive to keep our families and community involved in all that we do at our school.

We’re committed to providing simple ways to keep you connected throughout the day while your child is in our care. With live streaming video, you can view your child’s classroom from any device or computer. Plus, get real-time updates with our family communication app.

Very warm and exciting sums it up for us. Our child loves to go to school and I can tell that he is being taught how to communicate through sign language etc. We love this school, teachers, and director very much.

I had toured several other daycare facilities and had almost given up home of finding somewhere I felt comfortable leaving my son. I immediately felt welcomed here when I came for a tour, and after the first week I knew this was the right decision. My son has adjusted so well and now when I drop him off, I can tell he loves his teachers and feels at home there. Thank you for everything you all do!

I am so glad that we decided to send our daughter here! She loves the fun stuff she gets to do and learn and I love how parent friendly they are. As a first time mom, the thought of daycare was terrifying but the teachers and other staff are amazing and I know my baby is in good hands. I get updates throughout the day on what she’s up to, including pictures, plus I can watch her classroom online!
