Welcome to Our School
Welcome to The Children’s Courtyard daycare and preschool in Plainfield, IL!
We offer programs for every stage of development, including Infant Care, Toddler Care, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, Junior Kindergarten, and School-Age Care.
Our Before- and After-School program provides school-age children with opportunities for outdoor play, enrichment, and continued learning. We proudly serve Plainfield School District 202 and provide transportation to River View, Wesmere, Charles Reed, and Thomas Jefferson Elementary Schools.

Isabel Vivas, Director
Education: Associates from University of Arizona Global Campus and University of St. Francis
Certifications: IL State Certified Teacher, Director Credential, Early Childhood Education Credential
My name is Isabel, and I am the Director of The Children’s Courtyard South. I have more than six years of experience in early childhood education and am passionate about helping children build confidence and develop a strong foundation for future success. Since joining The Children’s Courtyard leadership team in June 2026, I have enjoyed supporting children, families, and teachers while creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.

Aaliyah Fields, Team Lead
Education: Bachelors Degree from Rasmussen University
Certifications: First Aid and CPR
I began my career in early childhood education in 2019. Before stepping into my current role, I served as both a Preschool Teacher and Team Lead, where I developed strong skills in classroom leadership, team collaboration, and staff mentorship. I am passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment for children, families, and teachers. I look forward to welcoming new families and building lasting relationships within our school community for years to come.

My name is Daniela Mireles. I began my journey with The Children’s Courtyard in 2022 and currently serve as Team Lead after previously working as a Preschool Teacher. I have been working in early childhood education since 2015 and am passionate about supporting children's growth and development. I enjoy building strong relationships with our students and their families and look forward to partnering with our children, parents, and teaching team as we learn and grow together.
