Welcome to Our School
Welcome to The Children's Courtyard in Indianapolis, IN! My name is Amber and I'm the center director at this location. I have a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, and I am currently pursuing my master's degree in Educational Business Leadership.
Our program offers Infant Care through School-Age programs. Our early childhood program uses a proprietary curriculum that utilizes regular assessments so teachers can customize their lesson plans for the specific needs of the children in their classrooms. This unique approach allows us to meet the diverse needs of the children in each classroom and ensure we have them well-prepared for Kindergarten.

Hello, I am excited to introduce myself! I am Rachel, your center director. I have worked in early childhood education for 25 years. I have worked in leadership since 2011. I joined Learning Care Group in 2022. One of the best parts of my job is building relationships with our families and staff. I love spending time outdoors with family and friends when I am not spending time helping with your children's education.

Hi! I am excited to introduce myself. My name is Kim, your assistant director. I have worked in early childhood education for over twenty years. I have worked at Learning Care Group since 2020. I am passionate about working with young minds. Nothing is better than watching children grow into amazing little humans. I am a mom to two teenagers. My son is 16, and my daughter is 13. They are both very active and keep me busy. I am excited to be here and see your children grown at school.
