Welcome to The Children's Courtyard in Indianapolis, IN! My name is Stacey and I'm the director of our amazing school. I have a bachelor's degree in biblical studies from Indiana Wesleyan University as well as my CDA credential. I have worked in early childhood education for 11 years and eight of those years have been in management.
Our program offers Infant Care through School-Age programs. In our early childhood program, we use a proprietary curriculum that utilizes regular assessments so teachers can customize their lesson plans for the specific needs of the children in their classrooms. This unique approach allows us to meet the diverse needs of the children in each classroom and be sure that we have them well prepared for Kindergarten.
Safety is incredibly important to us, so we have a coded entryway as well as security cameras in classrooms and on playgrounds. We closely follow recommendations from state and local authorities, to maintain a clean, safe, healthy environment.
We’re committed to providing simple ways to keep you connected throughout the day while your child is in our care. With live streaming video, you can view your child’s classroom from any device or computer. Plus, get real-time updates with our family communication app.
We would love to set up a time for you to tour and find out more about your unique needs. We look forward to meeting you!
Are you concerned about the impact of COVID on your child’s education? You’re not alone. Now, more than ever, early education matters. We’re here to help.
Starting at the front door, our already robust health and safety procedures have been enhanced to ensure a clean, welcoming school environment. The well-being of your child is our top priority, now, and always.
In this classroom, your child will make discoveries and think independently, as we prepare them for the future. The authentic Montessori curriculum enables children to learn in their own way, at their own pace, through the practical application of sensory-based and self-directed activities. Our certified Montessori teacher spends significant time with each child, helping them discover unique talents and interests. Plus, a full complement of Montessori equipment offers tangible, hands-on learning opportunities to develop children’s skills and senses.
This mixed-aged classroom (for 3- to 6-year-olds) also helps children to develop social skills and challenges them to learn to work together—while being mindful of the best interests of others.
Ask your school director for additional details.
