Welcome to The Children’s Courtyard of Santee, an educational daycare and preschool proudly serving families in Santee, CA!
At The Children’s Courtyard, we provide a warm, home-like environment that helps build a strong bridge between home and school. We offer Infant Care, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and School-Age programs, providing nurturing, high-quality care for children from six weeks through 12 years of age.
Our programs, curriculum, and dedicated teachers set us apart. Every staff member meets California State Licensing requirements and is CPR certified. Our team participates in ongoing professional development and monthly staff training to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
We foster a welcoming community through our open-door policy, encouraging family involvement and communication. For added peace of mind, our center is secured with a coded keypad entry system.

My goal as director is to provide a loving, educational environment that meets the needs of our children and families. I have more than 27 years of experience in child care and have been director of this amazing school since 2011. I take pride in my amazing staff, knowing they are the best of the best! I look forward to developing a relationship with your family to help foster a love of learning in your little one.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Child Development Administration
Certifications: CPR, First Aid and Mandated Reporter
I started my career as a teacher's Assistant at an in-home Daycare 15 years ago and branched out to management to make an impact on our school. I truly enjoy helping teachers expand their knowledge of the curriculum and spending quality time in the classroom with the children. I stand by our curriculum and love to watch the children grow and thrive as they take each step down the pathway lit up to their future, we are truly the beginning of each individual child's journey.
