Welcome to Our School

Welcome to The Children's Courtyard Preschool in Newbury Park, CA! Our school is conveniently located off of Borchard Road and Reino Road on the south side of the 101 freeway.

At our school we offer Toddler, Preschool, and Pre-Kindergarten programs. Each program provides the perfect foundation for learning and development. Your child will be engaged in educational activities that take place in a secure, caring and engaging environment. To support this, our dedicated team of teachers partake in ongoing early childhood education training throughout the year.

Education: AA in Early Childhood

Certifications: Infant, Toddler & Preschool Teacher Certified, Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED Certified, Mandated Reporter

After high school, I went to SDSU to begin my career path in Business Administration. Not long after having my own three children, I went back to college to further my education in Early Childhood. In 2014, when my youngest son was in Pre-K, I began working for Woodcrest Preschool. During the pandemic, I was given the opportunity to step into the Director role. In 2021, we became part of the Learning Care Group family. I am so lucky to spend my days watching our students learn and grow!
