Lexi brings more than a decade of experience in childcare and education, having dedicated her career to fostering a nurturing, engaging, and growth-oriented environment for children with a deep passion for early childhood development, she is committed to supporting each child’s unique learning journey, ensuring they feel valued, respected, and encouraged to explore their potential. Throughout her career, Lexi has worked with children of all ages, from infants to school-age learners.
