Education: Early Childhood Education

Certifications: ECE 101 and CPR First Aid

Lexi brings more than a decade of experience in childcare and education, having dedicated her career to fostering a nurturing, engaging, and growth-oriented environment for children with a deep passion for early childhood development, she is committed to supporting each child’s unique learning journey, ensuring they feel valued, respected, and encouraged to explore their potential. Throughout her career, Lexi has worked with children of all ages, from infants to school-age learners.

With over 20 years of experience in child care, Kathryn brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and leadership to her role. As a former center director, she has guided teams, supported families, and created enriching environments where children thrive. Kathryn is thrilled to be a part of The Children’s Courtyard family and looks forward to making a lasting impact in the lives of the children and the community.
