Certifications: 40 Hour Director Training, Health & Safety, First Aid & CPR
I have nearly 20 years of experience in early childhood education. Before moving into childcare management, I taught Kindergarten for eight years and served as a Therapeutic Pre-K teacher for six years. I have spent the last eight years in childcare leadership, including seven years with The Children’s Courtyard. I am passionate about supporting children, families, and teachers while creating a positive learning environment. I look forward to meeting you and your family!

Ms. Lexi is our Team Lead/ Administrative Assistant. She has been at The Children's Courtyard since 2023. She began as our afterschool teacher and then moved into a lead preschool teacher role. This past school year she was promoted to Team Lead and Admin. She is the first face you will see when she enter our building, her contagious smile and welcoming energy will make you feel at home from your first step through our door.

My name is Stephanie, I am the Assistant Director at The Children's Courtyard! I've been in education nearly 10 years. I began my teaching career in Special Education working with students with Autism and other intellectual disabilities. I have taught Pre-k though 12th grade Special Education, but my passion is early childhood. I am originally from Michigan, but have lived in a number of states over the years. My husband and I have two children, Ella & Landon. I am excited to meet you!
