The free Georgia’s Pre-K Program is available at The Children’s Courtyard. 

Exceptional things happen every day at The Children’s Courtyard. Achieving kindergarten readiness is the goal for every child in our care. Are you ready to join us? 

For fall 2026, Georgia’s Pre-K offers one year of FREE Pre-K for children who are 4 or 5.* Your child must turn 4 or 5 by September 1 and must not have previously enrolled in Georgia’s Pre-K. Spots are limited, so ask about our strict attendance policy. 

We give your family peace of mind with: 

  • Morning and afternoon childcare options 
  • Healthy meals and snacks included 
  • Live streaming video  
  • Summer camp and school break support for elementary children

    How do I start?

    Ready to go? Complete the pre-approval form provided by your state, schedule a tour, and meet with the school’s director.

    Am I eligible? The eligibility requirements include:

    • Proof of age eligibility (4 or 5 years old on September 1)
    • Proof of residency
    • Hearing, vision, dental certificates
    • Up-to-date immunizations (or religious exemption) must be on file
    • Child not previously enrolled in Georgia’s Pre-K Program

    Yes! Ask your local school for additional information about our credentials.

    What kind of curriculum is taught?

    In addition to the state-mandated school readiness metrics, our schools offer a proprietary, research-based curriculum focused on personalized learning and kindergarten readiness.

    Program hours do vary, but they are typically 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. (with some exceptions)

    Yes! Our schools offer dedicated classrooms for Pre-K, with a low teacher-to-child ratio, and the opportunity for personalized learning experiences.

    Please note: We cannot guarantee Georgia Pre-K Program eligibility. We cannot guarantee spaces are available. We cannot guarantee kindergarten readiness outcomes. Cannot guarantee that every school will run a Georgia Pre-K Program. There is a fee for before and after care.
