Brandy Escamilla, Director

Education: B.S Early Childhood Education and Development

Certifications: 40 Hour Director Training, Health & Safety, First Aid & CPR

Hi, I am Brandy, Director of the Children's Courtyard. I have been in the early childhood education field for almost 20 years. I taught Kindergarten for eight years and then became a Therapeutic Pre-K teacher for six years before moving into childcare management. I have been in management for five years, four of them here at CCY. I am originally from Vermont, but Georgia is my home. I have cute dog named Roxie and a fat cat named Zeke. I look forward to meeting you!

Bri Butler, Admin Assistant

Education: General Studies at the University of North Georgia

Certifications: 10 Hour Health & Safety; First Aid & CPR

Ms. Bri is our Administrative Assistant. She has been at the Children's Courtyard for the past two years. Prior to working at CCY, Ms. Bri was a Lead preschool teacher and also worked as an after school program teacher for one of the local county schools. She is the first face you will see when you enter our building and always has a kind smile and warm welcome. At home Ms. Bri enjoys spending time with her pup Phoebe that she shares with her boyfriend Connor.

My name is Stephanie, I am the School Education Manager at The Children's Courtyard! I've been in education nearly 10 years. I began my teaching career in Special Education working with students with Autism and other intellectual disabilities. I have taught Pre-k though 12th grade Special Education, but my passion is early childhood. I am originally from Michigan, but have lived in a number of states over the years. My husband and I have two children, Ella & Landon. I am excited to meet you!

Hi. I'm Ms. Meera, but my students call me Ms. Mimi! I am the Advanced Pre-K Teacher and Team Lead here at The Children's Courtyard. I've been here since 2017. In that time I have taught toddlers, early preschool, preschool and served as STAR Coordinator for our school. In my spare time I love to travel all over. My husband and I have two daughters, Reena and Rakhi. My youngest graduated from Pre-k here at CCY in 2019. I am excited to welcome to our school.
