Welcome to Our School
Welcome to The Children's Courtyard in Indianapolis, IN! My name is Rachel and I'm the director of our amazing school. I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Pensacola Christian College. I have worked in early childhood education for twenty-five years.
Our program offers Infant Care through School-Age programs. In our early childhood program, we use a proprietary curriculum that utilizes regular assessments so teachers can customize their lesson plans for the specific needs of the children in their classrooms. This unique approach allows us to meet the diverse needs of the children in each classroom and be sure that we have them well prepared for Kindergarten.

Hello, I am excited to introduce myself! I am Rachel, your center director. I have worked in early childhood education for 25 years. I have worked in leadership since 2011. I joined Learning Care Group in 2022. One of the best parts of my job is building relationships with our families and staff. I love spending time outdoors with family and friends when I am not spending time helping with your children's education.

I am passionate about working with young minds. Nothing is better than watching children grow into amazing little humans. I am a mom to two teenagers. My son is 16, and my daughter is 13. They are both very active and keep me busy. I am excited to be here and see your children grown at school.
