Tuition is due on a weekly basis. All tuition payments are made via Family Link which is an online resource used to organize and manage financial commitments and personal data. Family Link makes it simple to make payments, set up automatic payments, and view tuition statements.

Every family deserves access to quality child care that meets their needs and fits their budget. Depending on your location and eligibility, financial assistance programs, discounts, and other cost-saving options may be available to help make care more affordable.

Subsidy Opportunities

Financial assistance may be available to help lo eligible families pay for child care, allowing parents to focus on work or school knowing their child is in a healthy, caring environment. Our school directors can provide more information on financial assistance and help with the process.

State-Funded Preschool and Pre-K Programs

State-funded Preschool and Pre-K programs are available at select schools and may provide eligible families access to early education at little or no cost. These programs support children’s academic and social-emotional development while building important skills for kindergarten and beyond. Eligibility, funding, and availability vary by state and school location.

Part-Time and Drop-In Care

Part-time and drop-in care provide families with added flexibility while giving children the opportunity to learn and grow in a nurturing, educational environment. Contact your local school to learn more about availability and care options that meet your family's needs.

Tax Savings Opportunities and Incentives

Congress has legislated certain tax credits and savings incentives focused on relieving the cost of child care for eligible taxpayers that may provide additional savings for you.

The Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit is a federal tax credit available for eligible taxpayers to assist in reducing your year-end tax liability.
The Child Tax Credit program may reduce the Federal tax you owe for each qualifying child under the age of 17.
A Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) may be provided by your employer to allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars for child care costs.
Various states provide additional incentives for qualified taxpayers.

Discounts for Families

Military Discount - The Children’s Courtyard is proud to support military families with reliable off-base child care. Active-duty military families who pay tuition without government assistance may receive a 10% tuition discount.
Sibling Discount - Families with more than one child enrolled may receive 10% off tuition for the oldest child.
Refer a Family - Refer another family to your school and you may be eligible for a tuition credit when they enroll. Ask your School Director for details about the Refer a Family program.
Corporate Discounts - If your employer participates in our Corporate Partnership program, you may be eligible for discounted tuition. Talk to your School Director to learn more and find out if you qualify.

*Offer is for tuition discount up to $500. Discount is applied as one $250 tuition credit for the first week of attendance and a second $250 tuition credit for the fifth week of consecutive attendance in weekly-billed schools or the second consecutive month in monthly-billed schools. Each $250 credit applies to weekly or monthly tuition at or above $250. In the event the tuition charge is less than $250, a credit in the amount of the full weekly or monthly tuition will apply instead of $250. Must stay continuously enrolled through the fifth week of attendance to receive the full discount. Maximum total discount is $500. Must pay registration fee and begin regular attendance by October 2, 2026. Tuition must be paid in advance to qualify. Enrollment is on a space available basis. No cash value.
