Houston, TX Daycare

Welcome to The Children’s Courtyard Master School - Copperfield. Our educational daycare in Houston, TX opened in October 2000 and is located in the beautiful northwest area in the Copperfield subdivision. My name is Lisa Hunold and I am the Master School Director. I have worked in the early childhood field for over twenty years. My experience began as a classroom teacher and then progressed to the administration of early childhood programs for the last fifteen years. The Children’s Courtyard Master School offers infant child care, early preschool programs and more, but extends far beyond a typical daycare experience; we are a private school where children learn, grow and develop.

The Master School is a premier learning environment for young children (ages 6 weeks to five years) as well as a training and enrichment facility for the educators from our five area locations. We have achieved NACCP (National Accreditation Commission for Early Care and Education Programs) accreditation and our pre-K program is Texas School Ready certified through our partnership with the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, TX. Our dedicated and knowledgeable team of early childhood educators consists of master level teachers who meet extensive educational and professional requirements, as well as experienced Teacher Assistants that work closely under the mentorship of the Master teacher.

The Master School is an extension of my own family; I strive to ensure that we provide a welcoming environment where communication is a priority. We work to develop family partnerships and to provide a sense of community in our school. I have had the distinct pleasure of being a part of many of our children’s lives from their first steps to potty training to that tearful goodbye as they successfully transition to Kindergarten.
