At The Children’s Courtyard educational daycare, we take pride in choosing and training our teachers. Teachers are given extensive, hands-on training in our Master Schools that go beyond the state-recommended hours of professional development training.

These schools are run much like a child development laboratory in a university setting, with master teachers serving as mentors, so we can be sure that every classroom in every one of our child care schools has a highly trained, committed professional in charge. It also reinforces our High/Scope philosophy that teachers should work with children as facilitators and partners, not as managers or supervisors.
